1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DesignLock AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
DesignLock AI provides an AI-powered rendering platform that allows users to convert drawings, sketches, and room photos into photorealistic renders with precise control over what the AI is permitted to change. The Service includes the Studio, Design Board, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Plans and Billing
DesignLock AI offers a free trial plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Studio). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@designlock.ai for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs. You may not use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all images and drawings you upload to the Service. You grant DesignLock AI a limited license to process your uploads solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You own the renders generated from your uploads. DesignLock AI retains all rights to the platform, software, and technology underlying the Service.
8. Generation Limits
Generation limits are enforced per plan using generation credits. Image renders use fewer credits than cinematic video generations, so users may spend their monthly capacity across different workflows. Free trial credits are limited, and unused monthly credits do not roll over between billing periods. DesignLock AI reserves the right to implement reasonable rate limits to ensure service quality for all users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DesignLock AI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that renders will meet any specific quality standard. AI-generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to match any specific design intent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignLock AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
